I was born and raised in east germany in a time when food supply was tight and nutritions had to be resourceful consumed and in consideration of the seasons. I have 4 beautiful children who love to eat what they think is good for them. That means often no common ground, but that's life. We tend to overcomplicate meals. My passion is to share the simplicity of food. I always believe in living by example and showing different ways. There are many ways to preserve ingredients and often we overlook how easy it is to eat balanced. Therefore understanding how we function and that everybody has an individual journey makes it to my mission to move in this field. My aim is a sustainable and fairtrade lifestyle.
