I am a student at Senior vocational high school in culinary class program (Smkn 1 praya),I live in a small town called praya in lombok,Indonesia

Gastronomy is my passion,especially in patissiere.I look for some schoolarship that may help me to get better education about pastry,after graduate.

I had trainned in Sheraton senggigi beach hotel and resort,on my first training, I had recomendation from the executive chef (Lamberto faldez).

I have been making "Bale Jaje" from 2011 until now as patissiere,cake decoration and chocolatier,I promote Bale jaje from facebook page and blog,I dont have place to build it as a cake shop outlate.

the reason why I made Bale jaje cause i wanna try to manage a bussines.and it works!,even the market reach is still in my country area.

I have been sharing some things about cooking in my other blog "Ditha Cooking Class". I hope this blog can be usefull to others.

I live with my mom,aunts,uncle,my brother and my little sister,I joined keroncong music comunity as a singer.

I really wanna make my mom's proud of me.

I can play guitar,piano and singing also.

.My english is not good enough but I will try to learn more about it.
