I am the Manager for Customer Support at Upstream Works Software Ltd. currently living in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Graduating from National University of Computers and Emerging Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan. I have been working at Upstream Works Software Ltd. for the past 8 years where I started off as a Support Analyst and worked my way up to managing the team. I was also a key member of Knockri, Inc., where I worked as a Senior Software Developer working on Node.js, MongoDB, JavaScript and HTML. I have also worked as a Software Developer and QA Analyst at H. I. Next Inc., where I Interacted with customers to gather the requirements for the product, developed the product using Java and Microsoft SQL Server and then implemented the product on the customer's test and production environments. Along with my experience above, I have had roles in retail sails and technical support as well.
I loved interacting with my customers and helping them solve their problems. I love the role of bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects of an organization. I love to keep up to date with technology, being an entrepreneur, travelling, music, eSports and writing.
