I am the Director Business Development at Mashkraft Canada currently living in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Graduating from National University of Computers and Emerging Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan, I worked as a Software Developer and QA Analyst at H. I. Next Inc. I Interacted with customers to gather the requirements for the product, developed the product using Java and Microsoft SQL Server and then implemented the product on the customer's test and production environments. Also. I have experience as Technical Service Adviser at TigerDirect which gave me direct contact with customers. I solved the customer's problems and had first hand experience in sales as well. Lastly, I worked as a Configuration Analyst at I.T. Mission where I provided technical support to the employees of our clients.

I loved interacting with my customers and helping them solve their problems. I love the role of bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects of an organization. I love to keep up to date with technology, being an entrepreneur, travelling, music, eSports and writing.
