Welcome to my website! With a background as a Research Scientist at Aga Khan University in Karachi, I am deeply immersed in pioneering research in molecular biology and bioinformatics. My expertise spans epigenetics, whole genome sequencing (WGS)/whole exome sequencing (WES), computational drug design, biophysics, metagenomics, NGS analysis, and systems biology.

Currently, my research focuses on advanced metagenomic approaches to profile and identify microbial signatures and markers. I specialize in extracting, characterizing, refining, and taxonomically assigning Metagenomic Assembled Genomes (MAGs) from maternal gut microbiome samples using de-novo genome assembly methods. I excel in metagenomic data analysis and leverage machine learning models to enhance our understanding of microbial communities and their implications for human health.

Beyond my academic pursuits, I am passionate about integrating science, innovation, entrepreneurial skills, and business management to create impactful solutions for healthcare challenges.
