I'm a music educator, novice crossfitter, Army wife, crochet master and so much more. I'm on a journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life and have decided to share some of my experiences with you. I have a wonderful husband and two cats who, let's face it, think that they're people. I write mostly for therapy and reflection but also sometimes just to ramble or vent.
