Erik Unger

Currently in my second year at Belmont University's Masters in Sport Administration, I am working towards advancing my education and experience within the sport industry. With a background in sports photography and journalism, I decided to pursue my Masters in Sport Administration to compliment my undergraduate degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations.

Since beginning the graduate program at Belmont, I have interned in the marketing departmentat Vanderbilt Athletics, communications and broadcasting with the OVC Digital Network for Belmont Athletics, and recently finished an internship in the marketing and development department at the Nashville Sports Council. Prior to returning to school, I spent several years working in retail and sales while focusing on my own photography career and freelance sports photography.

My goal is to continue to expand upon my knowledge and experience of the sport industry and discover my focus within it. I have a strong passion for sports media (video and stills) and enjoy using my creativity and tech skills in sports marketing and communications.
