20 years of software and firmware quality assurance experience ranging from simple handheld games to video camera firmware to mobile banking software. I've managed small teams of 4 people in the same cube, medium teams spread out over the city of San Francisco, and multiple parallel offshore teams in South America and Southeast Asia. However, I prefer to get my hands dirty with the end user product and wring the bugs out of it the old fashioned way.
When I'm not crushing the hopes and dreams of engineers and designers, I like to play golf poorly, annoy my cats with a frickin' laser beam, and homebrew British-style ales.
