Unique Creations Company is a leader in outsourced customer acquisition and retention located in Saint Louis, Missouri. Our primary focus is to assist our Fortune 100, as well as Fortune 500 clients, in pursuit to acquire new clients through Business-to-Business (face-to-face) sales, while providing an opportunity to move up into upper management. Our clients are confident that we can consistently acquire them quality customers that will continue to use their products and services in the future.

Here at Unique Creations Company, Inc, we seek candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are excited to start with our company at the entry level role and grow into an upper level management position. Over the next year, we plan to expand our client portfolio and grow into new divisions and locations not only in Saint Louis area, but also the international market. For the select candidates our goal is provide a complete training program that will present the opportunity to oversee new programs, markets, and locations.

Our philosophy is “if you haven’t done it, you can’t teach it.” Associates are promoted through our program based on three factors: work ethic, ability to manage people, and the aptitude for learning. All of these factors are controlled and accomplished by each individual. There is no seniority, politics or hierarchy. We have a very cohesive team environment that we take great pride in.

Our training program is designed for individuals to begin their careers at the entry level stage. We develop leaders from entry level stages of marketing and client relations into management skills. These individuals will then manage and oversee our new markets. We are currently offering entry level positions for our sales and marketing firm.
