Mike Smith

Salt Lake City

My name is Mike Smith, and going back to 1985 I was the technical director and meeting consultant for Option Technologies Interactive. I used cutting edge software to harness and enable users to provide real time feedback, contribute ideas, respond to questions, and prioritize a list of goals in a classroom or meeting setting.

That experience led me to Pfizer, a company dedicated to finding sustainable solutions to pressing health care issues. Pfizer's mission was to help improve health and wellbeing at every stage of life and I saw the need to provide effective and affordable healthcare services to those in need.

This led me to form OneCounts Inc. (2000-present), a company that provides interactive solutions for companies that operate locally and internationally to comunicate through audio, web and video conferencing to better engage and connect with both team members and customers.

Combining my experience with Pfizer and OneCounts Inc., I realized that health care issues are not the only prevelant issue facing Americans today. We have developed a technological solution to influence change in government policies regarding other issues that affect each of us.

United Americans is linking up people around the United States to generate an improvement in our government, policies and other relevant concerns that influence everyone. We are accomplishing this by linking your voter ID to your cell phone to enable your voice to be heard at an elected official level. We will be taking on such issues as:
