Founded in 1993, to provide quality youth and family programs for the purpose of creating healthier communities through life-long partnerships. Unity Care’s goal is to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for youth and young adults as they age out of foster care and to provide them with the supportive services they need to achieve self-sufficiency.
