I am a Maurice R Greenberg World Fellow Yale University; Fellow THNK Amsterdam School of Creative Leadership, an Executive Leadership, DeservedLife & Business Strategy + Revenues Coach, a motivational speaker & avid traveller.
With experience in strategy mentoring, Theory-U Modelling & Application, Adaptive Resilience & Authentic Leadership Development, I focus on un-meshing minds, removing blind spots, activating human & business potential on a continuum and enables CXOs boards, executives lead with purpose, presence mindfulness & authenticity.
I have pioneered the art and science of on-site group & individual coaching linking the process and outcomes to organisational & individual goals and augmenting revenues. My focus is on consumer facing and servicing businesses with passion for Hospitality, FMCG, Aviation, Fashion, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Infrastructure.
I have also been instrumental in designing and deploying a wilderness coaching platform that uses learnings from the wild to build mind strength, courage and motivation. Working across the bush camps in Africa, among other countries, the coaching intervention for executives and leaders aims to achieve the twin goals of creating self-belief and wilderness conservation.
At the request of parents and children who need a dependable ear to listen to them and understand the upheavals in their mind, I have recently co-founded an initiative that coaches children, youth and parents in conflict resolution, life and career choices and building the unique child brand.
In a career spanning over two and a half decades, my prior stints have been with Oxfam, World Bank, Ogilvy Advertising and Public Relations, HSBC.
I have studied at the University of Cumbria and St John University at York, both United Kingdom, and is presently working on his PhD that focuses on toxic leadership and its impact on business and society.
