Aside from my 5 beautiful children and hubby, there are few things I love as much as time well spent in my kitchen. I've been sharing my favorite tried and true dishes and developing new favorites on Unsophisticook.com since 2010.

I've had the pleasure of working with many tops brands over the past few years, including Walmart, Marzetti, and Johnsonville, and I'm currently a regular contributor to Snackpicks.com, a Kellogg's brand website. In 2012 I had the amazing experience of co-authoring a book, All in Good Time: When to Save, Stock Up, and Schedule Everything for Your Home, designed to encourage families to streamline their lives, allowing for more free time and financial resources for the important things, like your family -- and yourself.
