Unwana Hope Anietie is a Data Analytics Tutor and Partnerships Associate at Skillphore Technologies Limited, where he trains and mentors professionals in data-driven skills. He also serves as the Strategic Information Officer on the CCCRN THRIVE Project in Southern Akwa Ibom, where he leverages data to drive impactful health interventions. In addition, he is the Coordinator of The Seed Royal Squad, a youth-intercessory forum that nurtures leadership, creativity, and purpose discovery. His passion for organizational recruitment, training, business analytics, and strategy led to the establishment of Courtierman Consulting, a solutions company with the mission “to empower organizations and individuals through strategic recruitment, innovative training, and data-driven insights that drive growth and excellence.”

He is an alumnus of the More Leadership Academy, where he earned a certificate in “Authentic, Agile, and Progressive: Becoming a Model 21st Century Leader.” This program strengthened his capacity to lead with authenticity, adapt with agility, and think progressively—equipping him to inspire others, navigate change, manage diverse teams, and drive productivity in complex organizational landscapes.

He is also a graduate of Podium Dynamic Academy, where he received professional training in Executive Public Speaking and Business Strategy—skills that sharpen his ability to communicate ideas with clarity, inspire audiences, and align organizational goals with strategic execution.

Unwana holds a degree in Biotechnology from Akwa Ibom State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Management at Ahmadu Bello University. His professional interests include Health Tech, EdTech, and Health Analytics, where he continues to explore the intersections of data, innovation, and human impact. He has exhibited at several notable tech events, including the just-concluded GITEX Nigeria held at Landmark, Lagos.
