A little about B (me)! I am a wife, and a chef. Yes, I said chef. You don’t have to be professionally trained to be a great cook and chef to your family. I’m certainly not, and my husband still loves when I cook for him and our friends.

I have always loved being around food since I was a little girl in the kitch hanging on my Mom’s apron strings, who fulfilled her passion and became a caterer with my Aunt. I used to pop in on them when they hosted events and even help out a bit. So I guess I got the bug from her!

I have never used recipes, except for ideas and inspiration. All of my dishes are original B!

I love having fun, and that includes when I'm cooking, Whether it’s alone or in a group setting, fun is definitely the priority. I like to call myself the comedic chef!

All of my dishes are super easy and healthy and if my husband didn’t know any better, he’d think he was at a fine dining restaurant. You can make incredible presentation with just a few condiments and fresh chopped toppings, and a dollop of Greek yogurt never hurt anybody.

I use only organic and locally grown produce--and of course Non-GMO--as well as sustainable fish and lean meats. It may be a little more expensive, but let’s face it, you are what you eat! So, why don’t all of you go “get your cook on” and remember, Make it FUN!!!
