I am super excited to share health and wellness with my community and across the globe! I am very passionate about helping people with their home health care needs and my goal is to leave an indelible mark on the trend towards true health and wellness!

My family and I started changing our health paradigm two years ago while I was pregnant with my daughter. We were not getting the desired results with the resources available. We were slowly learning that there was a better way in spite of being told repeatedly that there wasn't! Along this journey, we eliminated all medications from our everyday lives and used herbal and homeopathic remedies in place of those medications.

For some things, we felt we needed something stronger in order to be completely competent at caring for our family in a holistic way... along came dōTERRA! The potency and strength of these pure essential oils blew us away!! We are happily using them for ailments that pop up as well as using them every day for pleasurable purposes like diffusing our favorite oils into the air, using oils as perfume, using oils in cooking, etc.
