UP Tourism and UPSTDC Hotels in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
The Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (UPSTDC) was established in 1974. At present, the Corporation has an authorised share capital of ₹40 crore and a paid-up capital of ₹32.60 crore. UPSTDC currently operates 32 tourist bungalows and hotels, 7 UPTOURS divisions, and 3 additional units engaged in various tourism related activities.
The primary objective of UPSTDC is to provide quality tourist accommodation, restaurants, and wayside amenities across Uttar Pradesh. The Corporation also focuses on developing recreational facilities and organising package tours, with the aim of promoting tourism in the state through effective outreach and sustained promotional activities.
