Urban Student Life (USL) is a new, specialist student accommodation development and management company, established to provide student accommodation asset owners with high quality professional management services and increased returns on their properties. The company has its roots in hotel and student accommodation, two sectors traditionally seen as separate. USL student accommodation will combine the service care lacking from most student residences and combine it with the provision of smart, fun places for students to live and study.
