Uriel Valencia

Currently I am working as a Computer Resource Specialist at UCSF and have already past my first year and I am looking for new opportunities.

Best description of myself would consist of the words weird, helpful, quiet and an introvert. Being describe as weird is something that I did not expect to hear, especially when my manager is the one saying that. I am a happy and easy going individual that likes to be helpful and find it unseemly getting in the way of others. I consider myself an introvert and others can as easily figure this out because I am quiet for most of the time, even though I can as easily and enjoyably work well with others.

This quote is something that I saw every morning while working at UCSF and can view this quote from both perspectives. "The expert in anything was once a beginner" Helen Hayes. What I really take away from this is that nothing is unattainable, but that there are somethings that will never come to light. I am somewhat envious of individuals that have life and career goals that they are currently pursuing even with the risk of failure.
