What drives you besides your paycheck?

For me, there are 3 things that fascinate me the most:
- building genuine connections.
- personal immersion in Human Resources Management.
- studying Aviation Management.

I’m enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills along my journey. I value learning from others, hearing about other people’s passions, and searching for ways to help them.

Short-term goals

Right now, I am finishing my Erasmus+ exchange studies in Spain, so from February of 2022 to fulfill my nearest goal, I'm looking for an internship program in the Human Resources Management field. That’s because I want to expand my experience as a recruiter.

Medium-term goals

After university graduation, I will try to apply for the Professional Internship Program and get a scholarship for a 1-year internship in the United States. In this program, I clearly see myself working in one of the top airlines as a Human Resources specialist.

Long-term goals

After all, one of my biggest goals is to leverage my current strengths, such as leadership, entrepreneurship, sense of responsibility, ideas development, and team management, and in general to create maximum value for the company. For this reason, I imagine myself best in the Head of the HR position, in the Aviation market, or even by creating a workplace for myself.
