Uros Ceglaj

Entrepreneur and Financial Adviser, Uros Ceglaj is the founder of numerous small business around United States and Europe. Ceglaj teamed up with Stephen D. Pennington to launch Bandera Tax and NFSSA in 2017.

Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1990, Uros Ceglaj's parents were both entrepreneurs, so it was no surprise that he was headed the same way. Uros Ceglaj was offered a soccer scholarship which is the main reason he went to University of the Incarnate Word, where he studied Business and Finance. Quickly after graduation Uros Ceglaj got a job as Investment specialist at JP Morgan Securities, where he become friends with Stephen D. Pennington. Ceglaj left JP Morgan in January 2016 due to opening Ceglaj & Ramirez Tax, LLC. After a one year of operations Ceglaj decided to invite Mr. Pennington as a managing partner.

Uros Ceglaj was born on March 31, 1990, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. His father, Zlatko Ceglaj, is an owner of a construction company, and his mother,Vida Zabjek, is an owner of a product company. After earning a Bachelor of Business and Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, Ceglaj decided to concentrate on investments and operating small businesses.
