21st century technology provides people with the basis for working together in projects and teams with fun, efficiency and effectiveness. Getting things done, producing quality results and being fully engaged - and this independendly from team members being spread across different locations, working from home or on flexible time-schedules.

The variety of webbased solutions in the marketplace is huge: collaboration platforms, instruments for real-time communication, productivity tools...I am truly enthusiastic about the practical possibilities that can be realized for daily operations.

However, just supplying state-of-the-art technology is not sufficient: With a lot of passion I am working with employees to uncover their teams' potentials by using the right tools... and by using the tools right.... My objective is to contribute to the development of a working culture at "eye level".

Digital transformation is all about people - technology is just an enabler.
