Usman is a senior partner in Belbahi & Garner UK office and leads the firm’s client service for sustainability investors. He is a Director of a Highly reputable Construction firm in the UK and also a Partner in the biggest Retail food chain.

Examples of Usman’s recent work include the following:

• Evaluating purchases of energy or energy-transition assets by investors.
• Leading the turnaround of an unconventional independent exploration company.
• Building a safety and operational risk-management organization for an international oil and gas company.
• Developed a turnaround and risk management plan for a Bank trading international business.
• Conducting due diligence on a fuel logistics company
• Worked on Multiple projects in Emerging Markets and designed the framework for Risk Management and RWA

Prior to the consultancy business, Usman worked as a private-equity investor. He also worked in Senior Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group for 5 years and with Barclays Bank for 10 years. A few of his roles were as a Head of compliance, Retail Head in Emerging Markets, and Business Analyst.

In his spare time, Usman deals in cryptocurrency. He is working with a couple of independent exchanges and also provides consultancy in UK Properties.
