I'm currently conducting a research on the implementation of Employee Care Center (ECC) In The Bureau of Human Resources, Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Was a Staff by Internship in The Bureau of Human Resources of Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI on June-July 2011.

Recently have an interest in entrepreneurship, and I was the Finalist of UI Young Entrepreneur Smart and Program 2011 with my 2 partners.
