Greetings I’m Uthandile. I’m a student living in Johannesburg. My teaching philosophy is to encourage flipped learning which i believe has many benefits to the learners and makes the teaching and learning process more effective. This can be achieved by the utilization of ICT tools as students can study at home using the relevant software such as YouTube and then do the practical work in class. I believe ICT tools implementation will assist to achieve a student-centred learning environment.
