Utkarsh Pipes

Utkarsh Pipes and Fittings is the Polymer Division of Utkarsh India Limited. We make plastic piping and water storage products for homes, farms, and infrastructure projects. The manufacturing plant is at Gurap, Hooghly, on NH 2 (Durgapur Expressway), West Bengal. From there it supplies plumbing, irrigation, and water supply needs across eastern India.

The range covers uPVC pipes and fittings under the uFLO brand (15mm to 150mm), CPVC pipes for hot and cold water plumbing, HDPE pipes from 20mm to 315mm in PE 63, PE 80, and PE 100 grades, agricultural pressure pipes and fittings, and casing pipes for borewells. Utkarsh also makes overhead water storage tanks in three lines: UJJAL (3-layer), U-SAFE (4-layer), and U-SAFE PLUS (4-layer with foam insulation and Microban protection). Tanks come in 500, 750, and 1000 litre capacities and carry a 10-year warranty.

Manufacturing follows documented IMS and QA/QC processes. Products are made to BIS standards, and HDPE pipes also meet international specifications such as ISO 4427 and EN 12201. Utkarsh serves dealers, contractors, farmers, builders, and government water supply projects, with a focus on consistent quality and long service life.
