My name is "UTSAV KUMAR VERMA" and I am a scout of west bengal state. I`ve joined this great motion on 13th of oct, 2006 when I was a liitle boy of 6th std. at that very time, I realized that this is something which will worth to me life time acheivements, and thats how my journey begins. I`ld refer all the young boys and girls must join the scouting and guiding movement.
