Engineer turned Management Consultant, the reason WHY i ask a lot of questions.

I joined a fabulous Innovation Strategy and Management Consulting firm - One Billion Minds in 2014, based out of Kolkata, India and luckily found an awe-inspiring mentor to work with. My career has been about gathering diverse experiences. Moving back in time, i earned my first dollar when i was in school :) Yes, ventured a tiny career building center along with two more friends. Thereafter, cultivated and tested my capabilities in multidisciplinary platforms - Business Management Consulting, IT telecom, Online media, Healthcare, Beauty and Fashion, Manufacturing and Non-profits.

I love to be chased by no-win problems, can stay with it for long and come up with a couple of sustainable solutions. I am mostly driven by ideas which can have positive impact on the business - a personal, deeply felt idea which can bring transformation with limited resources (With 0$ marketing budget, why can't it be possible?).

Currently helping a fascinating Startup - SCRA2CH - in digital space for Beauty and Fashion. I am honored to work with a few of the world's finest Celebrity manicurists and Educators in the nail ecosystem.

Helped one of India's largest pharmacy chain Emami FrankRoss to achieve operational excellence using enterprise data and provided innovative solutions to execute marketing and promotional campaigns, customer retention mechanism and resource attrition methods.

Created value for a leading manufacturing firm in Plastic Industry to optimize sales and marketing, design incentive schemes, sales training, promotional campaigns and new product launch.

Worked with quite a few telecom cos which comprises of Bharti Airtel, Zain, Etisalat, TOT, Globacom and Idea Cellular in areas like Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Systems.

Where do i find peace?

We walk up to all kinds of places in India, collect 100 kids and help them build a hypercool library of their own using just a wall - and so we call this a Wall O Books - equip it with a startup stash of 100 books, a world map, a light bulb and a few more things :) and elect a little librarian to take care of it. So far, we have built 100 Wall O Books in Kolkata.
