Omoruyi Osagie Edoigiawerie, also known as Uyilaw, is a leading Startup Attorney and Notary Public of Nigeria, with extensive experience in Startup, tech and innovation law, with expertise in artificial intelligence, data protection, corporate and commercial legal practice.

He is the Founder of Edoigiawerie & Company LP, a full-service law firm with a strong support base for startups and entrepreneurs. Omoruyi's expertise in tech and innovation law is rooted in his startup background and deep knowledge of contemporary technology and the startup landscape in Nigeria and internationally. He regularly advises startups and covers various areas such as commercial contracts, real estate, infrastructure, tax, and more. Omoruyi handles complex technology and commercial agreements for local and international organizations, including blue-chip companies.

Omoruyi is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and a certified Leadership expert from Harvard University.
