Uzma Nasim

Greetings, I’m Uzma. I’m an Islamic Specialist / Head of Dept. I teach Islamic Studies & Arabic (Primary) to non-native Arabic speakers. I have Seven years of experience as an educator. I taught in the early years, primary and secondary & High schools. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies. I also obtained my Professional Teaching License (Pedagogy). I am passionate about teaching, and I strive to generate enthusiasm for learning Islamic & Arabic to help my students apply the concepts they learn to the real world and move them forward in their learning. I firmly believe that developing a positive teacher-student relationship is my number one key to success. My vision is to guide Muslim learners to develop spiritually and morally, to take pride in being Muslims, and to achieve balanced personalities that reflect the moderation of Islam. I believe that the goal of Islamic education is to teach students how to practice the Islamic core values as they grow & to be role models. I am currently living in Ajman. I am a fan of travel, technology, and web development. I’m also interested in photography and volunteering.
