About Me
Uzomah Chinatu Prosper was born on Saturday, 8th December 1990 in Kaduna state, to the family of Christopher and Ifeoma Uzomah, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the prestigious Imo State University with a First Class Honours. He majored in Critical Thinking and Strategic Planning.

Uzomah C. Prosper is a young professional and nation builder, with a major proficiency in mentorship as a path to nation building and effective leadership, founded on discovery that is realised. He is the founder of UCAP Resources, a nation building platform with the vision "saving posterity by building the nation". UCAP Resources, as a brain child of his, was founded on the 7th December 2014 and was registered in January 2015. With this, he has reached out to over 20,000 young people globally and yearly reaches over 50000 youth since 2022.

Uzomah C Prosper has partnered with various organisations, but most especially with the Assemblies of God Church, Nigeria. He has served in various capacities, as a Sunday School Teacher, a Youth Leader, a Teens Steward and Facilitator, Power World Ministries as Teens Guide, to mention but a few. Through these leadership and human capital development experiences, he has developed a model for human emancipation called SPARKLE, meaning (S: Spirituality P: Personality Building. A: Academic Excellence. R: Relationship Insight. K: Knowledge Contract. L: Leadership Depth. E: Eternal Mindset.), which is the current curriculum of his Mentorship program for nation building.

He believes that with SPARKLE, Africa can shine, which is his passion for UCAP Resources, "raising leaders in all spheres of life".

Uzomah C Prosper is a polymath of many proficiencies beyond critical thinking and strategic planning, such as nation building, teens and youth mentorship, Academic coaching, Relationship/Marriage/Family Counselor conference speaker, Author, financial resource/Forex Trading and Tutoring with FortAce, Agro-medic instructor with Green Farm Global Network, Start up and Business consultant from both Peter Druker and Africa for Venture Capitalist, and a life/leadership coach.

For Uzomah C Prosper, LIFE means Leadership Is For Everyone, and he is committed to the emergence of leaders from his six discovered spheres of life, for Nigeria and Africa, this therefore has made human realisation his desperation.
