We have a capacity of keeping 500 Metric Tonnes of Black Round Bars in Darukhana, 500 Metric Tonnes of Bright Bars in Round, Hex, Flat and Square in Darukhana and Separately 600 Tonnes of Bright Bar in Kalamboli. We also have facility of Bandsaw Machine to cut the Round Bars as per your requirement in the length as and when required. We have a facility to cut upto 500mm Diameter.
We can Manufacture Special Grade and make to order material in our forging plants in Thane as well as Taloja. We specialize in manufacturing forging a single piece of material upto 3000 tonnes capacity. We specialize in Open Forge material where we can make Gears, Ring Forging, Hollow Shafts, and Rectangular Bars as to your specific required quality and size.
