Vogue Institute of Art and Design,formerly known as Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology,is a unit of Manduda Educational Trust, a charitable organization registered under the provisions of charitable trust vide no.352-98/99 has created a niche for itself as a professional Art & Design institute in the country in the realm of design and management education. From its humble beginning in the year 1995, VIAD began its journey with merely 4 students in a single room in the downtown area of Bangalore. Since then it has come a long way. Today, VIAD proudly boasts of having one of the finest art and design campuses in the country with nearly 800 students studying in various disciplines doing their undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the fields of Fashion, Interiors, Gems and Jewellery, Animation, Graphic designing and Management. VIAD is the only institution to have chosen by the Government of Karnataka, Department of Industries and Commerce to impart training for the underprivileged youths drawn from the rural sector to provide employable skills.Needless to state this initiative has created employment opportunities to thousands of youths drawn from economically backward sector.

It may not be out of place, if I mention herein that in the publications of INDIA TODAY and OUTLOOK MAGAZINE, VIAD is rated among the top fashion colleges in the country. We are also awarded from the Education Minister of Karnataka through Skill Tree Evangelist as one of the leading Art and Design colleges in the country amongst the various awards received. Apart from being ISO certified , VIAD is affiliated to Bangalore North University.
