Early on I discovered a keen interest and a natural affinity for computers and electronics. At the age ten I got started with DOS 2.1 and soldering together my own electronic circuits. From there I've grown into a technical career. A job doing desktop and network support right out of college started me down the computer support path, and after Y2K; switching paths to PBX and call centers perfectly positioned me for transition to IP phone systems when they were first introduced over ten years ago. Currently I design and support hosted VoIP systems, and communication networks.
