I'm a mother of two beautiful girls...( my Irish twins Labonte girls). I am owner and operator of Skinny Fiber Changing Lives, and Skinny Fiber Recipes. I am a Greek raised girl ....which means I have a LARGE INTERFERING GREEK FAMILY, which also means I LOVE FOOD. I was rasied in a family resturant and learn how to cook many great meals at an early age. I would be cooking side by side with my father who is the reason why I love to cook.
