Vaggelis Tsagklis

Was born in Athens Greece, then he lived at Rhodes Island and finished high school at Naxos Island. It was the place that joined the local philarmonic band and learned to play phlicorn, trumpet, bouzouki, lute, tuba, fretless bass and others.

Then he studied oud, saz (greek tambouras), yayli tambour, byzantine music and others at Athens Conservatoire with IT studies at University of Piraeus.

His music teachers were Maik Gerontakis, Aggelos Kouromichelakis, Antonis Koutsokeris, Christos Tsiamoulis, Evgenios Voulgaris, Sokratis Sinopoulos, Periklis Papapetropoulos, George Konstantinou.
