Vaida Meskauskiene

Hi there! I’m Vaida, a hands-on and visionary senior-level Customer Experience and Service Innovation Strategist with a passion to improve everyday lives, the courage to share cross-disciplinary knowledge, and the curiosity to explore continuous ways of learning.

I bring over a decade of industry experience in visionary roles as Digital Strategy & Customer Insights professional, working at the forefront of technological innovations with worldwide known brands and start-ups in software & location-based services areas. I served as a compass for business and my insights transformed the lives of millions of people worldwide when we launched the first pedestrian navigation maps on Nokia mobile phones. My areas of expertise and interest include product management, user experience, and innovation, analytics, cyber security, and privacy.

Currently, I am lecturing at Central Washington University and finalizing my Ph.D. in Information Systems at Åbo Akademi University with a focus on better utilization of big data and open innovations in government. My ultimate passion is to create outstanding customer experiences in any walks of life for the current and future generations.
