Val Tintiangco-Cubales

I'm a physical education teacher, athletic director, women's varsity volleyball and men's varsity basketball coach at Balboa High School, San Francisco, CA. I love spending time with my wife, Allyson and my six year old daughter, Mahalaya. I'm a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I currently compete in two man beach volleyball and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. I also love surfing, basketball and weight training.
