(Scroll down to read this) My mother let me teach myself to type when I was ten years old. It was life changing for a lonely child growing up in a home where the rules changed on a regular basis and my only friends were cats. Those experiences shaped me, though I long ago came to terms with the sadness of my young life. And so I write. Stories, essays, really bad poetry. My life is written down for me to examine, though now that I've achieved the age of the Crone, I'm not nearly as likely to dwell upon or document every activity. These days I mention important people and fun or challenging activities and allow everything to work itself out. I LOVE being an old lady (nothing pejorative there, I promise!) Life absolutely suits me now. I am blessed by all the gods with abundant friendship and an easy lifestyle that allows me to celebrate Mother Nature and my garden every day. Blessed Be! Namaste. And so it is.
