VALENTINA PALACIO

I was born 24 years ago in Medellin,Colombia. I studied in a catholic high school, but I didn't like the catholic life. For that reason I decided to study a BA in Political Science at UPB university. I began my major in 2008 and I got my degree in 2013. Now I am a happy politician, because I think that is the major of the future.

I have worked with many people in social groups and different activities to improve the social conditions of communities. I participated in a political campaing in 2011 to win a seate in a Local Administration Council of my neighborhood. I didn't win but I learnt many things to be a good politician.

One year later I worked in Indeportes Antioquia as a consultant of manager about political relations with the government. After that experience I continued my studies and got my degree.

I have been looking for a job for one year, but it has been difficult because my major is really new in my country. I am worried about that, because I love making politics and I dream with an excellent job to improve my knowledge.

Now I am studying English at EAFIT, because the second language is very necesary for my future, but I will study Portuguese in next years. I am also going to study a BMA in Political Science in Argentina or Brasil, this is my first dream!!
