Valentine is a social worker by profession, a Youth Advocate and a peer mentor. He has wide experience in Leadership, personal development, business consulting, social media manager and a volunteer for various NGO's both within and outside the country , such as Project Revamp Africa, Slum2School Project, Girls Power Initiative, Education as a Vaccine and Character Education Scotland, United kingdom. He is currently the CEO of ValuxConsult and the founder of a Charity based organization, Changing Lives Initiative.

Currently the United Nations Population Fund Youth Social Media Advocate.(UNFPA-YSMANG) He his also an Author of a book Called Fearless, he has carried out several community outreach, in Various local government area of Cross River State, including Bakassi resettlement camp, hosted the first ever Leadership Conference for student Union leaders in all the tertiary institutions in Cross river state, workshop training for female law student forum of Nigeria, University of Calabar Chapter.

He organized both online and onsite mentorship session for young persons to help them discover their talent and maximize their potentials. He is a good team player and have motivated many young persons to stand out among their peers in any where they find themselves.

Valentine is also a Believer of the Gospel of Christ which made him attend the word of life bible institute of salvation ministry.

He is passionate about changing the lives of the youths in Nigeria and other African Nations. He is a member board of directors of the GLOBAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP NETWORK, member board of advisor HEALTH LEAD INITIATIVE also a one time Unionist and Ambassador of Impact Your World Leadership and the state coordinator for the brothers keepers humanitarian competition, and Young African Leaders Initiative Alumni, Yali Regional Accra Ghana.

He his currently working as a support staff with the commissioner of women affairs Cross River State as a Media and communication officer under the United Nations Population Fund Youth Social Media Advocate.
