It all started with a plan. 4 girls, 1 dream: going to the United States for one month exploring New York, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and last but favorite, California. It was 20 years ago, only one was fortunate to visit these beautiful states, especially California which has become my home since.
I seldom imagine how life would have turned out if I had cancelled the solo trip from fear of travelling alone. Likely, it would have been easier to develop in familiar setttings. However, the challenges I have faced since I decided to settle in California have been worthwhile.
The major sentiment that I gathered over the years is that of gratitude. Life is good here! There is a pioneering spirit in the air everywhere.
