He sits as the Executive Director and training consultant at The Val Okafor Company, where he provides value-based leadership development and personal effectiveness trainings for individuals and organizations.

As an ardent believer in the prosperity of Africa by Africans, he serves as the Outreach and Events Lead at Grand Africa Initiative, a Pan-African nongovernmental organization that helps African young men and women succeed in Education, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

He is a Nigerian youth SDGs Champion, African Change Makers fellow, Commonwealth Open Source Leader, fellow of the YALI Regional Leadership Conference West Africa and a proud ambassador of the Fela Durotoye Leadership Network.
