PersonalProfessional Coaching in Canada

My mission is to connect with and support my clients in making positive changes in their professional and/or personal lives. I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a thought partner, facilitator and consultant, and above all - a firm believer that change is not only possible, but inevitable!

I currently work as a facilitator in leadership development and as an executive coach with Papillon MDC as well as with Grand Heron International; and I have a personal coaching practice (www.ComposeYourLife.ca).

I have experienced career transition first-hand on more than one occasion: following a successful long-term career as a professional violinist (performing and teaching), I taught both English and French as a Second Language; worked as a Research Coordinator at the Montreal Neurological Institute; and founded and managed a juice bar before training and delving deeply into the world of transformative coaching. Throughout this ongoing journey, my choices have been informed by my values of communication, connection, creativity, and contribution. I bring this understanding of the importance of values and a strengths-based approach to all that I undertake.

Intercultural sensitivity is also part of my DNA, having traveled extensively and lived on 4 continents. I coach in English and French, and am currently working on adding Spanish.

My commitment to ongoing learning is apparent; I have trained and certified in Professional Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming, evidence-based Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation and Mind/Body Medicine. A whole-person approach is central in all that I do, coupled with the unshakeable belief that whatever the outside circumstances, we all have the possibility to make positive choices in our own lives.
