I am a longsuffering patient with fibro, CFS, Bipolar Disorder (with depression and hypomanic periods), sleeping disorder, full body RLS, not to mention a handful of other associated conditions. I have found that journaling my sometimes harrowing journey is cathartic and I hope to, maybe in some small way, help someone else survive the hills and valleys of fibro. More valleys than hills, I find. I myself have often reached out to blogs, if only to not feel alone.
