Hi, there! Thanks for you interest in my work.

As a writer, I generally discuss the topics of relationships and intimacy but I also address conscious living, mental health, wellness, culture and society.

As a podcast producer, host and interviewer, I bring guests onto my show to reveal candid human stories in hopes of informing, destigmatizing, humanizing, and provoking thought.

I believe we can live happier, healthier lives once we become aware of the origins of our thoughts and behaviors and once we learn the importance of reframing our minds and breaking free of the outdated customs and social norms that no longer serve us.

You may, on occasion, find me in small films, TV shows, print ads and artists' works.

My education includes a Master's in Critical Writing, a Bachelor's in Creative and Media Writing, and a Professional Certificate in Digital Publishing. I really, REALLY love storytelling as both a form of therapy and a form of advocacy.

When not writing, I enjoy creating images with my Canon Rebel, studying psychology and learning new ways to create media. I have an affinity for audio tech and an addiction to my Audible account
