Valerie Brasse

During more than 10 years, as an IT consultant, Valerie has been leading projects to optimise business processes and implement information systems, in an international context including Spain, United States, France and EC-funded projects. During those years, she has also been training and coaching project managers and teams on project management concepts and tools, as well as reviewing proposals and project for the European Commission.

Then, at the end of 2007, Valérie started at the European Science Foundation (ESF) in charge of the Information System overhaul, becoming in 2009 the Corporate IS/IT Manager bringing together IS/IT Projects and Operations. Since 2011, she's bringing to the ESF MERIL team her expertise in Information Systems and Quality Assurance, leading the IS/QA mission with the support of her team, as well as her knowledge of the RIS (Research Information Systems) domain.

In 2012, Valerie started IS4RI (Information Systems for Research and Innovation) aiming at supporting the design, development, integration and use of information systems to contribute to the advancement of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.
