Valérie Drost MSc.
PhD Researcher in Rotterdam and Eindhoven
Drost works as a PhD researcher on a joint project of Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, Eindhoven University of Technology, and Catharina Hospital Eindhoven. In her research she focuses on several topics within Cardiology, particularly on heart failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support.
Previously, she worked in the academic field in policy, innovation and education, and quality assurance. She also had several roles in health care, in cluding care quality and patient safety consultant (read: Catharina Hospital), and as a design researcher and study manager in a med-tech company (read: Philips).
Valérie Drost holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (2013), a Master's degree in and Health Psychology (2015) and a Master's degree in Health Sciences (2015), which she obtained at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
