Valerio Tedeschi e’ nato nel 1958 a Verbania, risiede e lavora a Mergozzo sul Lago Maggiore. Dopo aver frequentato il Liceo Artistico di Novara, si trasferisce nel 1979 a Londra, dove approfondisce diversi aspetti della sua personalita’ creativa, svolgendo attivita’ di musicista di area jazz. Vive dal 1982 al 1988 in Sicilia, a Palermo e Siracusa, dove collabora tra l’altro alla rivista “ Tema Celeste” di Demetrio Paparoni. Dal 1988 frequenta i laboratori di scultura di Carrara, svolta decisiva nelle sue determinazioni poetiche. Da allora a oggi ha partecipato a numerose mostre e iniziative, e’ presente in collezioni private e museali, e realizzato diverse opere publiche sia in Italia che all’estero.

Valerio Tedeschi was born in 1958 in Verbania where he now lives and works in the town of Mergozzo. After having received his diploma from the Liceo Artistico di Novara he moved to London in 1979 to follow diverse aspects of his innate creativity in the area of jazz music. From 1982-1988, Valerio divided his time between Palermo and Syracuse collaborating with Demetrio Paparoni on the magazine Tema Celeste. In 1988 he reached a turning point in his creative resolve and began studying in Carrara at various sculpture workshops. Since then he has created diverse publics works both in Italy and abroad along with participating in numerous shows and his work can be found in both musuems and private collections.
