Aside from being an avid Star Wars, Disney and Comic Book "geek," Valery is an ambitious, charismatic and a motivated student pursuing a career in social media and entertainment marketing.

Valery's interests are supported through her education at Chapman University where she is majoring in Public Relations and Advertisement through their prestigious film school, Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Being a PR and Advertisement major in a film school allows Valery to learn the art of storytelling and a background in film which supports her creativity to create public relations and advertisement campaigns.

Beyond her formal education Valery has previously interned for the OC Concert Guide as the Social Media and Content Writing Intern and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Modern Public Relations. Valery is currently interning as a publicity intern for Valhalla Motion Pictures Entertainment.

Beyond her writing and PR background, Valery spends her free time at CHOC Childrens voluntarily with their in-hospital radio station, Seacrest Studios, provided by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. This has provided with her with strong communication skills by allowing her to learn to connect with a variety of people ranging from young children to adults. Valery also uses this same strong communication skill at Starbucks Coffee Co. where she have been employed for the past year and a half as a barista and barista trainer.
