I grew up in Mexico City surrounded by smells, tastes, and spicy seasonings. From an early age I learned to cook by spending time with my grandmothers who were famous for their unique touch in the kitchen. Family gatherings were full of delicious dishes along with pleasant afternoons of laughings. I wanted to become a chef but it was too expensive, so I decided to study chemistry instead, something like cooking but at the microscopic level. Therefore I never lost my skills or interest in cooking. Now over the years I have learned endless recipes but mostly have used my creativity in the kitchen always finding a delicious and healthy alternative for every special moment.
